Portfolios & opportunity listings
Keep the same clear structure across art practices: what the work is, how it was made, your contribution and what collaboration you seek.
Performance artists
Add a focused video excerpt and identify the title, year, full duration and suggested viewing timestamps. Explain whether it is a live recording, rehearsal or staged documentation. Credit collaborators, describe the audience and venue, and add practical space, sound, lighting and access requirements.
This follows NYFA’s performance work-sample guidance.
Sound artists
Add an MP3 or a hosted audio link. Explain the composition or installation, your role, duration and recommended excerpt. Include playback requirements such as headphones, stereo or a multichannel layout, and a transcript when the work contains speech. A brief artist statement should connect the sample to your practice.
NYFA’s 2025 Music/Sound guidelines are a useful example of audio samples, metadata and contextual statements. Their specific sample limits apply to that program, not every opportunity.
Companies & organizations
Organizations can list fellowships, residencies, grants, commissions, employment, consultancy, open calls and mentorship. Each listing should explain who can apply, the fee or stipend and currency, any costs, what support is included, the expected work, dates, location, application requirements and an official application link. Specify copyright, licensing and access arrangements.
Culture Moves Europe supports artists, cultural professionals and residency hosts. Its residency-host guidance illustrates travel and daily allowances, appropriate facilities, equipment and mentorship.
UNICEF is an example of an organization, not a company. Its 2025 creative-services request illustrates a formal commissioning process. We do not imply that UNICEF uses ArtraPeople or offers the fictional fellowship shown in the demo.
Files and sharing
MP4/WebM video and MP3/WAV audio files are saved as private previews in this browser’s device storage. A public HTTPS media link is required to share a sample through a published profile. Media from external hosts loads only when the visitor chooses to open it. Demo profiles remain on the visitor’s device; demo applications and messages are not sent.
